    Team Leadership

Our team partners with the region’s leading experts in women’s health. In addition to the multidisciplinary Women’s Medicine Collaborative, we are closely affiliated with Ob-Gyn Associates, the state’s largest obstetrics and gynecology practice. We value collaboration with each patient’s obstetrician, primary care or other referring provider, and strive to keep them informed and involved, assuring a smooth transition after discharge.
Karen Rosene Montella, MD, FACP is senior vice president of women’s services and clinical integration at Lifespan as well as professor and vice chair of medicine and director of obstetric medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

Bandera is a clinical assistant professor of surgery at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
