Whether you have been curious about yoga or still consider yourself a beginner, this series offers the perfect opportunity to become familiar with all of the benefits yoga has to offer.
The class provides an introduction to the major components of yoga in a supportive and comfortable environment.
You will learn foundations of the practice, safe alignment in postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to help reduce stress and aid in relaxation. Modifications are offered to accommodate all body types and physical limitations so participants can remain safe and participate fully.

Simply wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. We provide mats but you are welcome to use your own. A water bottle and small towel are nice to have as well. Bring an open mind and a willingness to try new things!
