Our Women’s Behavioral Medicine division offers an eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program to help women navigate daily stressors and meet life’s challenges.

The program consists of:
- An orientation prior to the start
of the program
- Weekly classes – one night
per week for 8 weeks
- Saturday retreat
