Living a healthy lifestyle is important for all women, especially those who are planning a pregnancy. Women who improve their health before pregnancy can be healthier mothers and have healthier babies.
This one-hour group nutrition class is taught by Katie Lester, MS, RD, LDN, CIC, a clinical dietitian. You will learn key components of maintaining a healthy lifestyle including: meal timing, proper portions, mindful eating, general physical activity recommendations and goal setting.
The program is billed as a group nutrition class, which is often covered by medical insurance. Please check with your medical insurance provider regarding your co-pay and/or co-insurance responsibility.
