NASPOG, the North American Society for Psychosocial Obstetrics and
Gynecology, is a society of researchers, clinicians, educators and
scientists involved in women’s mental health and health care. Formed in
the 1960s as a collaboration among obstetricians, gynecologists,
psychiatrists and psychologists, the society’s aim is to foster
scholarly scientific and clinical study of the bio-psychosocial aspects
of obstetric and gynecologic medicine.
